This hybrid class combines active, yang practices like Pilates, yoga, and strength training for an effective total body workout. Resistance bands and your body weight will sculpt your arms, abs, legs, and booty. Benefits of this class include increased core strength, stability, stamina, and agility. We finish with a cooling yin series to balance the body. While this class is challenging, it is appropriate for all fitness levels. Modifications can be provided for you by the instructor.
