Hatha Gong & Yoga Nidra

  • The Wellness Spot 4126 West Indian School Road Phoenix, AZ, 85019 United States (map)

Hatha yoga postures are taught with the vibrations generated by the gong. This combination of posture and vibration enhances the meditative and transformational quality of the class, restoring balance within the body, mind and spirit.

This beautiful practice is followed by Yoga Nidra, an ancient sleep-based meditation technique that has the power to take you to the innermost, deepest levels of relaxation where your whole body and being is permeated by peace of mind and profound stillness. It unlocks the mystical, integrative powers of the subconscious, as well as your higher centers of consciousness, to effortlessly erase your most tenacious, self-destructive habits and behavior patterns. Dress comfortably. Bring a yoga mat, a pillow and a blanket, as well as something to cover your eyes, like an eye pillow.

Class is led by Gong Master, Patrick Denicola and Eileen Sarai.

Come early to enjoy a complimentary CBD Dab Bar hosted by Herbal Wellness Center.

Why dab CBD? The flash vaporization of CBD concentrates when it is applied to a hot surface and then inhaled are a lot more potent than the CBD you get from oils and edibles. Combining your practice with CBD can assist the body and mind in achieving an internal serene state of homeostasis or balance.

Other known benefits of dabbing CBD:
1) Anti-Inflammatory: Dabbing can help to rapidly reduce inflammation and swelling, and it also provides effective pain relief.

2) Antiemetic: This is a fancy term for combating vomiting, motion sickness, and nausea. When you dab, those horrible sick feelings vanish quickly.

3) Anticonvulsant: If you suffer from epilepsy and seizures, dabbing CBD is a fast way to keep frightening symptoms at bay. CBD also acts as a mood stabilizer, so instead of waiting weeks for anti-depressants to work, dabbing CBD can typically help in minutes.

Check-in begins at 10:30am. Class starts at 10:45am sharp. Late arrivals beyond 10:50 will not be admitted. Class is open to the general public. Please bring a yoga mat.
