Please bring a yoga mat, as well as a cozy blanket and something to cover your eyes, such as an eye pillow, bandana or hand towel.
Class is $15. Payment may be made in cash, or through Venmo or Cash app. Doors open at 6:45 PM, class begins at 7:00 PM. Due to the meditative nature of this class, late arrivals will only be admitted 5 mins after start time. Only 20 spaces are available on a first come, first serve basis.
