Have you ever felt constricted or uncomfortable in your own skin? Can you identify with feeling as though it's hard to breath at times? Now picture yourself liberated from these sensations; imagine how good it will feel to be experience spaciousness, freedom. Class begins with breathing techniques (pranayama) and some gentle yoga to help create a sense of liberation from constriction from the inside out. Class ends with gong vibration and Yoga Nidra (guided sleep based meditation) to help you release the density of thoughts, feeling or sensations that no longer serve you. Afterwards, float, fly or flutter your way out into the world with a new found sense of freedom.
Please bring a yoga mat, a pillow, a blanket and something to cover your eyes while in meditation.
