A mantra is a word or sound repeated to aid concentration in meditation. Sanskrit is the oldest language that was based on sounds and vibrations. Mantras are vibrational frequencies emerging from those sounds. OM is the first and foremost of all mantras. You may have heard this chant in a yoga class before and wondered, “Why do we OM?”
Join Jennifer as we break down OM and it’s energetic properties and experience the serene effect it has on the mind and body before meditation. Class closes with guided meditation and a gong bath to envelop you in a cocoon of vibrational frequencies.
Please bring a yoga mat, a pillow, a cozy blanket and something to cover your eyes - such as an eye pillow, eye mask, bandana, or small towel. You are responsible for your level of supreme comfort in the meditative class. There are a limited amount of props available for use at the center.
Valid MMJ Patients will receive a goodie bag sponsored by Drip and Curaleaf. General Public welcome to attend class.
Check-in begins at 10:45AM. Due to the meditative nature of this class late arrivals will not be admitted past 11:15AM.
