This hybrid class combines active, yang practices like Pilates, yoga, and strength training for an effective total body workout. This class utilizes resistance bands, free weights, and kettle bells to tone and sculpt your arms, abs, legs, and booty. Benefits of this class include increased core strength, stability, stamina, and agility. We finish class with a short, cooling yin series to create balance in the body. While this class is challenging, it is appropriate for most fitness levels. Modifications can be provided for you by the instructor. Bring a yoga mat, your bare feet and your A game!
