Jennifer MileS-WillIAMS, FOUNDER & DIRECTOR

Jennifer Miles-Williams is the Founder and Director of CANNAKULA, a wellness initiative dedicated to integrating plant and fungal therapies with healing arts to foster personal transformation and community connection.

At the age of 21, Jennifer was diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis, a debilitating autoimmune digestive disease. Struggling with the side effects of prescription medications and the challenges of chronic illness, she redirected her approach to health. By focusing on a holistic wellness plan that included an anti-inflammatory diet, yoga, meditation, QiGong, and Traditional Chinese Medicine, she was able to address the root causes of her condition.

Jennifer’s personal journey also led her to discover the profound benefits of cannabis in managing pain and discomfort from digestive disease and physical injuries. Beyond physical relief, she experienced a heightened mind-body connection, especially during physical practices like yoga. Her exploration of psychedelic plants and fungal therapies further deepened her internal awareness, helping her heal from past traumas and reconnect with her peaceful center and a greater universal consciousness. These experiences have shaped her commitment to integrating these therapies into daily spiritual and meditation practices, supporting growth and transformation.

HER MISSION

Through CANNAKULA, Jennifer shares her passion for holistic wellness with the community. She is dedicated to educating others on the respectful and intentional use of plant and fungal therapies, emphasizing their role in achieving overall health and well-being. CANNAKULA also promotes the practice of yoga and meditation in both clear states of consciousness and with mindful plant medicine integration. Additionally, Jennifer is committed to connecting medical patients and veterans with resources that support alternative medicine and life-changing practices.
