This meditative class will begin with setting the intention for healing, followed by pranayama (breath work) to calm your mind and cool your body. Next, some gentle restorative yoga shapes will bring your entire body into a place of rest and relaxation. Finally, a guided meditation through the chakras while immersed in a symphony of sound healing vibrations will renew and restore harmony to your body, mind and soul.
