Hatha is a foundational style of yoga that is the source of most modern yoga. Physical postures are taught with a focus on alignment and breath. Breathing and meditation techniques will be taught during each class. Hatha yoga is an excellent style for students who appreciate longer holds in individual postures and prefer a slower and more meditative approach to practice.
The concept of Seva, Sanskrit for "selfless service in gratitude", is one of the founding principles of Cannakula. This class is offered to the community at no actual cost, rather as a donation based class.
