Belly breathing class is back by popular demand!
Join Jennifer Miles of Cannakula for First Friday Yoga at the Midtown Wellness Center. Yoga starts at 5pm. Bring a mat!
Class will begin with light movement and stretching to move stuck energy in the body. Next, the focus shifts to belly breathing techniques based upon the Korean style of Qi Gong. Belly breathing is the most effective way of getting oxygen into the body and therefore an excellent boost to the immune system. This self-healing energy art will re-charge your body with fresh life-force energy. Finally a guided meditation to invigorate your body and mind for the rest of your day. Students will take away breathing techniques, that when practiced daily for at least a two week time period, will change the course of their lives.
