Alexa Bowen leads a Pilates based fitness experience. Pilates is whole body fitness, focusing on core strength, while training the body as an integrated whole. Pilates workouts promote strength as well as flexibility and increased range of motion for the joints. Benefits include, improved posture, increased energy, and toned, long, lean muscle.
Chill Break 12:11 PM - 1:11 PM
Connect with your community! Post Pilates, check out Morozco Forge for a cold water plunge to reduce inflammation and promote faster recovery. Remember to bring your bathing suit and a towel.

Afternoon Session 1:11 PM - 2:30 PM
Ericka Kelly (yes she's baaack) and Jennifer Miles team up to guide you through a gentle yoga and gong meditation offering full of inspiration, heart and soul. You'll be blissed out for days.
Please do bring to the event: a yoga mat, blankets, a pillow and something to cover your eyes while in meditation. You are responsible for your level of comfort, please bring what you need to be supremely comfortable.
Event is open to everyone, non-patients are welcome to attend, patients must provide a valid MMJ card to access the medicated area. Radiate Wellness PHX is BYOC, with a twist. Details and instructions will be announced soon. In order to provide a safe environment for our guests, we ensure that our events are 100% complaint with ADHS.
Please do not medicate and drive. We always recommend using a ride sharing app, public transportation or a designated driver.
