Join us on Sunday, March 12th, from 4:20pm-6:20pm, at Buddha Bella Healing Center, for an elevated sound and meditation journey that utilizes the power of sound frequencies, vibration and guided meditation to bring harmony to the body, mind and soul.
Your guides are Jennifer Miles of Cannakula and Born Lopez of Harmonized Concepts.
The session starts with some deeps breaths, light Qigong movement and a gentle stretch, to open the meridians or energy channels of the body, to create a healthy and unobstructed flow of life-force energy to the organs of the body.
Once we have relaxed the body, we then shift into a meditative journey composed of tranquil frequencies, layered soundscapes, harmonizing vibrations, live instruments and guided meditation. This session is enhanced by a 6 point surround sound system to cocoon you in an immersive sound experience.
As a result of this experience, you may notice:
Improved thought patterns and reduced stress
Enhanced cognitive performance and memory
Better sleep
Improved waking mindfulness
Diminished symptoms of anxiety and depression
Reduced trigger response as a result of post-traumatic stress disorder
A decrease in chronic pain
To help you melt into your mat, an assortment of plant support is provided by Pura Earth.
*Very Important Information:
Wear comfortable clothing.
Keep in mind that you will be lying on the ground for an extended period of time and you are responsible for your level of comfort. Because there are a limited amount of blankets and bolsters for use at Buddha Bella Healing Center, we HIGHLY RECOMMEND that you come prepared with what you need to be supremely comfortable. BE SURE TO BRING a cozy blanket to cover your body, as your body temperature will drop and the weight of the blanket will help you feel grounded and calm. Consider bringing a bolster, pillow, rolled blankets for under the knees as it softens tension in the low back, as well as a pillow for under your head. DON'T FORGET TO BRING something to cover your eyes, such as an eye pillow, eye mask, towel or scarf.
There are 2 complimentary Veteran spots available.
Early Bird: $35
