Awakening and uniting the mind and body through breathwork, movement, and meditation, Paige will guide participants on a journey to unlock physical tension and move stagnant energy through the body. This class will leave you buzzing and feeling energized for the rest of your day.
This class is appropriate for beginners. If you have injuries that you are working through and need modifications, please let Paige know the details prior to class. You will need a yoga mat and water. Please dress in comfortable clothing.
