Join Jennifer Miles for the profoundly restorative practice of I AM Yoga Nidra™ or guided sleep-based meditation.
Our session starts with some gentle Yin Yoga and Restorative shapes to soften tension and relax the body.
Followed by I AM Yoga Nidra™, which will take you to the innermost, deepest levels of relaxation where your whole body and being is permeated by peace of mind and profound stillness. This deep rest state is beneficial for the healthy function of the body's immune system. I AM Yoga Nidra™ also unlocks the mystical, integrative powers of the subconscious, as well as your higher centers of consciousness, to effortlessly erase your most tenacious, self-destructive habits and behavior patterns. Traumatic energy stored in the body can also be lessened or resolved through this practice.

If you have a challenging time finding restful sleep, this practice will help you feel more rested, as this session is as restful as 3 hours of deep sleep.
Keep in mind that you will be lying on the floor for an extended period of time and you are responsible for your level of comfort, so please do bring what you need to be supremely comfortable. It is highly recommended to bring a yoga mat or some sort of thick exercise mat, as well a cozy blanket to cover your body, a pillow and something to cover your eyes, such as an eye pillow, bandana or hand towel.
If possible, please refrain from using alcohol, THC or any other plant medicine just before or during this experience. Please join us in an unaltered state of mind and being.
