Experience our inclusive Mother's Day Yoga class on Sunday May 14th, guided by Jennifer Miles, designed for people with diverse relationships to motherhood.
This supportive session offers gentle poses, reflective moments, and opportunities for personal growth. Whether you're celebrating your mother, honoring her memory, or navigating a challenging relationship, this class provides a safe space for connection and healing. Embrace the transformative power of yoga as we acknowledge the complexities of the mother-child bond and foster a sense of inner peace.
Check-in begins at 3:45pm. Class begins promptly at 4:20pm.
Arrive on time to partake in the plant (consumption optional, of course) and settle in for class. This 90-minute experience is a powerful way to experience deep relaxation. Adding a microdose of cannabis to the practice can offer a unique lens of internal awareness of your physical, energetic, and mental bodies.
Class is sealed with the vibrational frequency of the Symphonic Gong. The benefits of this vibrational closing meditation include the release of energetic blockages, inducing a state of ease and harmony in the body. The adult body is 75% water and water is a great conductor for sound vibration. When vibrations travel through the body, they promote circulation, energy flow, and rejuvenation. The frequency of the sound synchronizes with the brainwaves and activates destress responses in the body.
This class is appropriate for beginners. You will need a yoga mat and water. Please dress in comfortable clothing and bring something to cover your eyes for closing meditation.
