This Gong Bath and Yoga Nidra is designed to ease stress by balancing tension and relaxation. It is also designed to help ease the whirlpool of emotions stirred up by the holiday season. You’ll leave feeling more relaxed and peaceful than before.

Appropriate for all body types and levels of experience. Please bring a yoga mat, as well as a cozy blanket and something to cover your eyes, such as an eye pillow, bandana or hand towel.
Participants with a valid medical card will receive a goodie bag from ITEM 9.
