This Saturday, we bring you a relaxing Yin Yoga experience, dedicated to spiritual teacher and psychologist, Baba Ram Dass.
This class includes static stretches held for a period of time, in stillness - which gives the practitioner the opportunity to let go of all other thoughts, stress and worry, to simply exist in the present moment - to "Be Here Now". In honor of Ram Dass, these postures are infused with quotes and themes from this great teacher.
Benefits of Yin Yoga include:

• Improves flexibility
• Releases fascia and improves joint mobility
