Jennifer Miles brings you a relaxing Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra (guided sleep based meditation) experience. Yoga Nidra focus will be letting go of a habit that no longer serves you - a perfect intention for the beginning of a new year.

Benefits of Yin Yoga practice include:
