Restwave Resonance Studio Session

An elevated sound and meditation journey that utilizes the healing power of sound frequencies, vibration and guided meditation to bring harmony to the body, mind and soul.

Your guides are Jennifer Miles of Cannakula and Brian Lopez of Harmonized Concepts.

The session starts with a Qigong movement flow, a meditation in motion that balances the energy aspect of your being for healing, health, and vitality. Through deeps breaths, light movement and a gentle stretch, you will open the meridians or energy channels of the body, to create a healthy and unobstructed flow of life-force energy to the organs of the body.

Once we have relaxed the body, we then shift from thinking and doing, to feeling and being, through a meditative journey composed of tranquil frequencies, layered soundscapes, healing vibrations, and guided meditation, delivered through a unique 4 point surround sound system in an intimate studio setting to cocoon you in a fully immersive audio experience. There are only 8 spaces available for each session.

As a result of this experience, you may notice:

To help you melt into your mat, our plant support is provided by Baked Bros. Each attendee will receive a goodie bag to take home.

Wear comfortable clothing.

Keep in mind that you will be lying on the ground for an extended period of time and you are responsible for your level of comfort. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU BRING a yoga mat or ideally, a thick exercise mat. BE SURE TO BRING a cozy blanket to cover your body as your body temperature will drop and the weight of the blanket will help you feel grounded and calm. You will also NEED TO BRING a thin pillow for under your head. DON'T FORGET TO BRING something to cover your eyes, such as an eye pillow, eye mask, towel or scarf.
