Cannakula & Sunday Goods Present: Sunday Rise

We're back at Sunday Goods Tempe location for another feel-good, 75-minute Slow Yoga Flow. Doors open at 8:00AM. Class begins promptly at 8:30AM.

You will be guided with a Slow Himalayan Kriya Flow by the amazing Marney Henze  with soundtrack provided by DEVOTION. Kriya helps shake up stagnant energy stored within the body and bring it to light so it can be released.

To close out your practice, our very own Jennifer Miles will send you into a state of bliss through the soulful sounds of Empyrean Crystal Bowls.

To fuel your experience, High Vibe Kitchen Collective will be providing tasty treats, and Sunday Goods has you covered with cold brew, hot coffee and kombucha.

This month, we're shaking things up for National Dance Day!

We are SO excited to be unveiling LIMITED-EDITION Sunday Goods x Cannakula yoga mats! In the spirit of movement, a portion of the proceeds from these mats will be benefitting a local, dance-focused charity organization.

What you need to know prior to class:
-The limited-edition yoga mats will only be available for purchase at Sunday Rise
- Please dress in comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat, blocks and a blanket if you have one
- There are a limited number of Yoga props for public use, so if you know you require them, bring them
- Don't forget your water bottle
