This functional Slow Flow Yoga class is all about mindful movement that meets you where you are at. Breathing, centering, and being present will be the focus of this class. Students will be guided to move at a slower pace with pauses in different shapes and positions as well as fluid and simple transitions to others. All participants will enjoy a practice that is healthy, safe, nourishing, fulfilling and fun. All are welcome.
Your guide is Paige Fleischmann. She is a wealth of knowledge as it relates to not only human biomechanics, but also the science of the respiratory system to create her unique style. It is a blend of practices that are not only physically sound but emotional connected.
Doors will open at 10:45am and class will begin at 11:11am. Please bring your favorite yoga mat, yoga block(s) and a blanket. BYOC.
