This weekly restorative practice of I AM Yoga Nidra™ (guided sleep based meditation), assists in the clearing of energetic blocks, mental chatter, stress, worry, anxiety, chronic pain, habitual behavior patterns and more. Resting the nervous system in this way, is also extremely beneficial for the immune system - strengthening the body's natural ability to resist illness and dis-ease.
This session is as restful as 3 hours of deep sleep.
Appropriate for all body types and levels of experience.
Keep in mind that you will be lying on the floor for an extended period of time and you are responsible for your level of comfort, so please do bring what you need to be supremely comfortable. It is highly recommended to bring a yoga mat or some sort of thick exercise mat, as well a cozy blanket to cover your body, a pillow and something to cover your eyes, such as an eye pillow (the best option, can be ordered in Amazon), bandana or hand towel.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION, PLEASE READ:
With respect to Governor Ducey’s COVID guidelines, masks are required from the time you enter the front door until you are seated on your mat. You may remove your masks during the session. Masks must be worn anytime you are not on your mat. If you are sick or running a fever, please opt in for the virtual class, stay home and take care of yourself.
